What are Reusable Pads?
Reusable menstrual pads are an alternative to disposable pads, made with washable and reusable materials. They are worn in the same way as disposable pads, but can be washed and used again for multiple menstrual cycles. They are often made from natural materials such as cotton, and can be more eco-friendly and cost-effective in the long run. They come in a variety of sizes and absorbencies to accommodate different menstrual flows. They can be folded and fastened with snaps, buttons or Velcro to keep them securely in place. They can be washed with normal laundry detergent.
